The January & February 2026 In-Person MONDAY Nourishing Movement series is on Mondays from 1045-1145am at Jazzercise Studio 1739 Allied St # C, Charlottesville, VA 22903 on Jan 5, 12, 19, 26 & Feb 2, 9, 16, 23. In the case of inclement weather, the class will be offered on Zoom.

OUR THEME FOR THE SERIES: Embrace Your Weird! One of the best things you can do for your body is to move in a wide range of ways including movements that look and feel weird. When we move outside of our habit we increase our mobility, flexibility and injury resilience. So experiment with expanding and embracing your weird.

Nourishing Movement classes focus on varied, delicious movement that is adjustable for everyBODY set to eclectic and evocative music that will heighten your awareness and aliveness! All abilities are welcome. Class can be done in clean indoor shoes or barefoot. Chairs are available.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

~ In the case of snow, ice and other inclement weather, the class will be offered on Zoom. The link will be provided upon registration.

~ Participants receive playlists, poems, quotes and resources following each class

~ Participants have access to a library of favorite recorded classes

IN CASE OF COVID/ILLNESS:

To keep everyone healthy: First, I will do everything in my power to stay well. If I test positive (or come down with something), I will do my level best to get a Guest Teacher. Failing that and if I’m relatively functional, in place of the in-person class, I will teach a live on-line class for participants. If I’m so sick I can’t do that, I will provide a recorded class.
