The October / November / December 2025 In-Person MONDAY Nourishing Movement series is on Mondays from 1045-1145am at Jazzercise Studio 1739 Allied St # C, Charlottesville, VA 22903 on Oct 27, Nov 3, 10, 17, 24 & Dec 1, 8, 15.

OUR THEME FOR THE END OF THE YEAR: Responsive Resilient Regulation. In these chaotic and cruel times, the ability to regulate our bodies and minds, to get grounded is one of the most essential things we can do. Together we’ll explore different ways of regulating so you can use what works best for you.

Nourishing Movement classes focus on varied, delicious movement that is adjustable for everyBODY set to eclectic and evocative music that will heighten your awareness and aliveness! All abilities are welcome. Class can be done in clean indoor shoes or barefoot. Chairs are available.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

~ Dates for this series are MONDAYS, Oct 27, Nov 3, 10, 17, 24 & Dec 1, 8, 5 from 1045-1145am at Jazzercise Studio 1739 Allied St # C, Charlottesville, VA 22903

~ Participants receive playlists, poems, quotes and resources following each class

~ Participants have access to a library of favorite recorded classes

~ No refunds or exchanges

IN CASE OF COVID/ILLNESS:

To keep everyone healthy: First, I will do everything in my power to stay well. If I test positive (or come down with something), I will do my level best to get a Guest Teacher. Failing that and if I’m relatively functional, in place of the in-person class, I will teach a live on-line class for participants. If I’m so sick I can’t do that, I will provide a recorded class.

IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER:

If the roads are not safe to drive on (when I can, I’ll follow the lead of Charlottesville City Schools), I will teach an online class.
